I had a nice stay with my family at a hotel in the area. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to shops and restaurants. However, we did experience an issue with the elevator during our visit, which made getting around a bit tricky.

This place was a fantastic family getaway! We loved exploring Gatlinburg and were thrilled to have our precious dog with us. The room was spacious and cozy, making it perfect for our active kids. Rebecka, the manager, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger breakfast selection would be great for families. We wanted more options for our kids in the morning.

One afternoon I requested extra towels, and they brought them quickly. I did struggle a bit with the WiFi. it kept dropping during my stay. It was annoying since I wanted to share pics from my trip. The pool could use some updates too. it seemed a bit tired despite being clean. Overall, I had a good time at River Edge Inn, but some improvements could really elevate the stay.

Check-in was smooth like my chemistry experiments, and the room looked really fresh, like it had just undergone a thorough transformation. The beds were comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day, and the balcony gave me that refreshing outdoor vibe.

The location is ideal as you can easily access attractions while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. I was impressed by the charming decor and the cozy fireplace in my room added a perfect touch for the winter season.
